How Can You Ask For Help?

• Submit a Help Request in the IT Portal at Services.gatech.edu. Include "Category: Website Design" in your short description.

• Post your question in the ServiceNow Champions group in Teams. Depending on your role, you may not have access to the channel and will need to contact your category approver to do so.
